Who does not qualify for an Indian e-Visa?

Individuals or their parents/grandparents born in or holding permanent citizenship in Pakistan. Those with Pakistani ancestry or passports can only apply for a standard visa through a nearby Indian consulate.

Furthermore, holders of official or diplomatic passports, UN passports, INTERPOL officials, and other individuals possessing international travel documents are not eligible for an e-Visa.
